ART + SCIENCE + EDUCATION
Rooted in Place. Guided by Ecology. Shaped by Community.
I use art as a tool for environmental education, community engagement, and storytelling.
Through layered paintings and illustrations, I translate environmental science and place-based knowledge into visual narratives that are emotionally resonant, accessible, and grounded in the lived experiences of rural communities. My work primarily focuses on water scarcity, land use, and resilience in the San Luis Valley, inviting people to engage with science, landscape, and place in ways that foster curiosity, connection, and care.
